BESPOKE PROJECT PROPOSALS

Our first step is to understand your project’s needs. Following an in-depth consultation with a member of our team, who specialises in your area of need, you will receive a bespoke project proposal. We work transparently, so you will receive a clear breakdown of our costs, suggested budget for the overall project and a deadline, all from the very start. 

 

Once you’ve had time to discuss the proposal, we can negotiate on any of the points before quickly putting the project into motion. From that point onwards, we can be as hands-on or as hands-off as you require. 

MANAGING YOUR WORKFORCE

One thing is guaranteed: there will be many revolving parts to your project. That’s where we ease the load, overseeing your workforce and their individual operations. That includes hiring and vetting qualified craftspeople, plus reviewing and negotiating bids from contractors and suppliers based on quality, economy, unit prices, and more.

CREATING CONTRACTS & SUBCONTRACTORS

We can handle all the legal framework for your construction operation. This would include drawing up contracts for mandators and subcontractors on behalf of the contracting authority.

We work with designers to select materials that fit the aesthetic, ethos and budget of your project, and the appropriate equipment to piece it all together. It requires visualising the bigger picture from the very start, so that every step taken is in the right direction to producing that property you had in mind.

ON-SITE MANAGEMENT

Saturnus will be your eyes and ears on-the-ground. We’re highly skilled at managing workforces to ensure daily targets are met and best practices are meticulously followed. It’s experience that we’ve built up over many years in the industry, having worked in various territories with differing legislations and on varied terrains.

We ensure that you don’t go over budget by optimising your purchasing strategy. To do this, your dedicated project manager will negotiate the best deals, lower costs where possible, implement efficient stock management, manage strong supplier relationships, and more.
